The hotel room was much smaller than expected, smelling of cigarettes and extremely dirty with furniture in a bad condition, more like a pod than a room. However, the service was very polite but the staff smoked on the floor despite no smoking signs. The location was good with restaurants and bars nearby but had some issues with accessibility. The dining experience was very good, and the facilities were satisfactory.

The hotel had a small room for four people, with some issues like light coming in through the curtains all night and a basic setup. The air conditioning was not working well, walls were marked, and the fridge was not cold. However, there was a semi-panoramic view of Kanyon taxi stop. Service was lacking, with no snacks at the lobby bar as promised, and staff seeming sedated. The fire exit stairs had rusty broken steps. The location was far from the center and not as comfortable as other places I've stayed. The dining options were poor with limited choices.

The hotel is centrally located, close to great shopping areas, bars, and restaurants. The rooms are clean and sizable, providing a comfortable stay. Despite some language barriers with the service, the manager was a standout exception and helpful. The dining options were below expectations for a 5-star establishment.
